THE SAUCE
At East Coast Enzos’s Pizza we use only the best Italian tomatoes for our sauce and slow-cooked the traditional way. Made daily This old family recipe is the difference it’s absolutely delicious!
THE CHEESE
At East Coast Enzos’s We use whole milk mozzarella cheese imported from different regions of Italy and Argentina tested and tasted for perfection The difference is clear. There’s no substitute for the best.
THE DOUGH
East Coast Enzos’s Pizza dough is made fresh daily with Artisan Power flour mixed and timed to perfection then tossed by hand to order. That’s just the way our family did it and that’s the way we’ve been doing it for more than thirty years!
